Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fleety's services, software, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fleety is operated as an Enskild Firma (sole proprietorship) registered in Sweden.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our Services, or using our API, you confirm that:
- • You have read and understood these Terms
- • You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
- • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
If you are using Fleety on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Services Description
Fleety provides AI-powered customer support tools, including:
- → Chat widget for embedding in web applications
- → AI-powered response system using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- → Ticket management system
- → Knowledge base and documentation management
- → API access for integration
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Projects and Team Access
- • All accounts have the same type
- • You can invite multiple people to collaborate on a project
- • Team members share access to project resources
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- • Violate these Terms
- • Engage in fraudulent activity
- • Abuse our Services or infrastructure
- • Remain inactive for extended periods (we will notify you first)

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Fleety for:
5.1 Prohibited Activities
- ✗ Illegal activities or content that violates Swedish or EU law
- ✗ Harassment, abuse, or threats toward others
- ✗ Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- ✗ Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages
- ✗ Scraping or automated data collection beyond API limits
- ✗ Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
- ✗ Intellectual property infringement
- ✗ Activities that violate GDPR or data protection laws
5.2 Technical Abuse
- ✗ Attempting to bypass security measures or rate limits
- ✗ Denial-of-service attacks or network disruption
- ✗ Reverse engineering our Services (except as permitted by EU law)
- ✗ Using our Services to develop competing products
- ✗ Reselling or redistributing our Services without authorization
5.3 Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for content you upload, including:
- • Documentation and knowledge base materials
- • Customer support conversations
- • User data processed through our Services
You must have the legal right to use and share all content uploaded to Fleety.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Current pricing is available at fleety.dev/pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 7 days' notice to existing customers.
6.2 Billing Cycles
- → Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month
- → Token-Based: Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
6.3 Payment Terms
- • Payment is due immediately upon subscription
- • We use Polar (polar.sh) as our payment processor
- • All prices are in USD for all customers worldwide
- • Swedish customers also pay in USD
6.4 Token Allocation
Each plan includes monthly token allocations:
- → AI Tokens: For AI-powered chat responses
- → Ticket Open Tokens: For creating new support tickets
- → Ticket Message Tokens: For replies within tickets
Unused tokens do NOT roll over to the next billing period.
6.5 Token Limits
If you exceed your plan's token limits, you must upgrade to a higher plan. Additional token purchases are not available.
6.6 Refunds
- • Monthly Plans: Full refund within 14 days of payment (only for first-time subscribers)
- • Exceptions: We may issue refunds at our discretion for service failures
6.7 Taxes
All taxes (including Swedish VAT) are handled by Polar.
7. Subscription Changes
7.1 Upgrades
- ✓ Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- ✓ You will be charged for the new plan price on your next billing date
7.2 Downgrades
- • Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- • You retain current plan benefits until the end of the current period
- • Unused tokens from the higher tier do not transfer
7.3 Cancellation
- • You may cancel at any time by contacting support@fleety.dev
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • You retain access to Services until the end of the paid period

8. Data and Privacy
8.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to data you upload to Fleety, including:
- → Documentation and knowledge base content
- → Customer support conversations
- → User information and metadata
8.2 Our Use of Data
We process your data only to:
- ✓ Provide and improve our Services
- ✓ Generate AI responses using RAG technology
- ✓ Maintain security and prevent abuse
- ✓ Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT:
- ✗ Train AI models on your data
- ✗ Sell or share your data with third parties (except service providers)
- ✗ Use your data for marketing without consent
8.3 Data Access and Deletion
To request your data or account deletion, contact support@fleety.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Fleety, you grant us a limited license to:
- → Store and process your content to provide Services
- → Use your content for AI response generation (via RAG)
- → Create backups and ensure service reliability
This license terminates when you delete content or close your account.
9.2 Fleety's IP
The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Fleety and protected by Swedish and international intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- ✗ Copy, modify, or distribute our software
- ✗ Use our trademarks without permission
- ✗ Remove proprietary notices from our Services
9.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Third-Party Services
Fleety integrates with third-party services:
We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, security, or terms.
11. Additional Terms
Service Level and Availability
We strive for high uptime but make no guarantees. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitations of Liability
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. Fleety's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fleety harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or your use of our Services.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us at support@fleety.dev to resolve issues informally. EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 7 days' notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
