Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are scheduled for your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's features until then with no immediate charges.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
When you run out of a specific token type, that feature will be temporarily disabled. For example, if AI tokens are depleted, the AI chat won't work, but ticket messaging will still function. Upgrade your plan for higher monthly token allocations.
How do tokens work?
Each plan includes three types of tokens: AI tokens (for chat messages), ticket open tokens (for creating new tickets), and ticket message tokens (for replies in tickets). Tokens refresh monthly with your billing cycle.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! All new accounts start with the Free plan which includes 100 AI tokens, 20 ticket open tokens, and 200 ticket message tokens (one-time allocation). Perfect for testing before upgrading.
When will I be charged for plan changes?
Plan changes (both upgrades and downgrades) take effect at the start of your next billing period. You'll be charged the new rate when that period begins. No proration or immediate charges.
